You can add this in Florida by phoning our management agents
but the water takes 24 hours to heat.
Terms
Our on-site Management agents will verify the numbers of people
using the villa on arrival.
Non-Refundable
booking deposit 20% of final cost which will be deducted from
your final invoice which is due 12 weeks before occupation.
A £200
refundable security bond will be added to your final invoice.
This is returnable to you the minute you leave the villa and
our management company inspects the property and checks an inventory.
Should the villa or its contents be damaged you will be liable
for the cost of the repairs or replacements even if the amount
is in excess of your security bond.
