  • Late Check Out £25 where possible.
  • Free use of Cot Strollers, Highchairs, Baby Monitors
  • Free use of Sat. Nav. (Normally $12 per day with car hire companies.)
  • Villa Clean Out Charge £75 per booking.
  • Payment is by Cheque or paypal (3%cc charge)

*Pool Heat is charged at £110 per week, please specify if you need this when booking so we can have the pool preheated for you. You can add this in Florida by emailing us but the water takes 24 hours to heat.

Spa heats hotter than Pool. (96 degrees)

Terms
Our on-site Management agents will verify the numbers of people using the villa on arrival.

Non-Refundable booking deposit 20% of final cost which will be deducted from your final invoice which is due 12 weeks before occupation.

A £250 ($400) refundable security bond will be added to your final invoice. This is returnable to you once  our management company inspects the property and checks an inventory. Should the villa or its contents be damaged you will be liable for the cost of the repairs or replacements even if the amount is in excess of your security bond.
